STEPHENVILLE - The Tarleton athletics department is pleased to announce the opening of the Tarleton Ticket Booth and a new phone line dedicated just for tickets.

The ticket booth will be open Monday through Thursday, 1-4:30 p.m. inside the lobby of Wisdom Gym. The new phone number for tickets is 254-968-1832.

"We are pleased to offer this service to our fans," said Tarleton athletics director Lonn Reisman. "This is just one more step in the growth of this athletics department. Opening this ticket booth is a compliment to the support we get throughout the year."

Fans will now be able to purchase their season tickets for football and basketball through the ticket booth as well as gameday tickets once the seasons are underway.

This year, the Texans will host six games, including the season opener on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. against Southeastern Oklahoma. Tarleton will also have a nationally televised game on CBS TV Sports Network on Thursday, Oct. 30 against Angelo State at 7 p.m. The Texans are ranked No. 25 in The Sporting News preseason poll.

Season tickets are $60 for reserved seating while a general admission Family Pass for four people is $150. Each additional person is $25 apiece.
