INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Tarleton TexAnn golf team remains atop the West Region poll in the newest regional rankings.

The TexAnns are followed by Grand Canyon, St. Edward's, Western Washington, Cal State-Monterey Bay, Central Oklahoma, Northeastern State, Sonoma State, Nebraska-Omaha, Midwestern State, Incarnate Word and West Texas A&M.

Tarleton will return to action when it hosts the Doc Housewright Tarleton Invitational at Harbor Lakes in Granbury on April 11-12.

The West Region Tournament is scheduled for the end of April.
