SAN ANTONIO - The TexAnn golf team finished the first day of the Lady Rattler Roundup hosted by St. Mary's in second place in the team standings.

Katy Ward led the efffor for Tarleton with a score of 76, good enough for fourth place on the individual side.  Jessica Pickwick was close behind in fifth place with a 77.  Jacqueline Lau sits in a tie for sixth (78), while Sharon Lau is tied for 21st (82) and Sarah Fulfer is tied for 43rd (90).

St. Edward's leads the overall team standings and has Wallis Spears leading the individuals with a score of 73. 

Hawaii-Hilo, Angelo State and St. Mary's round out the top five.

The TexAnns will tee-off Tuesday morning for the second round of the St. Mary'f Invitational.
