THE TOURNAMENT
TexAnn Golf is competing in its tenth straight NCAA National Championship tournament at CommonGround Golf Course in Aurora, Colo. on May 18-21. Tarleton will play 72 holes in the four-round tournament. Tarleton played at the CommonGround Golf Course in September for the National Championship Preview and won the tournament by shooting a 588 ( 12).

TEE TIMES
Tarleton will tee off at 10:10 a.m. CT with
Kerbey Kipp opening the tournament up for the TexAnns on the 10
th hole.
Casey Wild tees off at 10:20,
Beatriz Prados at 10:30,
Sarah Gee at 10:40, and
Isabel Jimenez-Perea at 10:50. The TexAnns are paird with Augustana University and Nova Southeastern.

NATIONALLY RANKED
Tarleton is ranked No. 7 in the nation according to GolfStat.com. The TexAnns have a scoring average of 74.71, which ranks first in NCAA Division II.

BEST IN THE NATION
Isabel Jimenez-Perea is the No. 1-ranked player in the nation for NCAA Division II with an average score of 72.91. Jimenez-Perea leads the nation in Par 3 scoring at 3.19 and Par 4 scoring at 4.07. The senior is the Lone Star Conference's first-ever 4-time Player of the Year winner and was recently named All-Region by the Women's Golf Coaches Association. Jimenez-Perea has three tournament wins this season and ten top-10 finishes.
Sophomore
Casey Wild is ranked No. 8 in the nation with a scoring average of 74.61. Wild was a first-team All-LSC selection and the LSC Academic Player of the Year. Wild, who was named to the All-Region team, has one tournament win and has finished in the top ten seven times this season. Wild's Par 4 scoring (4.18) is tied for eighth in the country and her Par 5 scoring (4.94) is fifth.
Beatriz Prados is ranked No. 16 in the nation with a scoring average of 75.04. Prados has one tournament win along with four top-10 finishes on the year. Like Jimenez-Perea and Wild, Prados was named to the All-Region team and was a first-team All-LSC selection for the second straight year. Prados' Par 4 scoring of 4.18 is tied for eighth in the nation.
Sarah Gee is ranked 50
th in the nation with a scoring average of 76.39. Gee has finished in the top 10 twice and has six top 20 finishes.

WINNING STREAK
The TexAnns enter the NCAA National Championship having won five straight tournaments, including their record ninth Lone Star Conference title and ninth West Regional Championship. Tarleton has won seven of the 11 tournaments they have competed in during the 2015-16 season. The TexAnns have finished in the top five in every tournament this season.

HISTORY IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP
Tarleton is coming off a fourth-place finish in the NCAA Championships last season in Allendale, Michigan. The TexAnns' best finish in the championship tournament came in 2014 when they came in third.
