Tarleton State University Athletics

Blaine Tamez is entering his third season as the Director of Athletic Video Productions at Tarleton State in 2025-26. In his position, Tamez oversees all production of the broadcasts across all of Tarleton State's athletic programs that are broadcasted on ESPN+ and WAC International. 
 
Tamez earned his degree at Texas State in San Marcos, Texas, majoring in sociology and minoring in communications. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, he joined the ESPN+ crew for Texas State in 2020 and worked with the program through his graduation in December of 2022. He has also been a part of L2 productions in Austin, Texas, as a production assistant and Wich productions.
 
Tamez, a Brenham, Texas, native, is a product of Brenham High School. He resides in Stephenville.
